Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Emotional freedom Technique is a powerful self-help technique showing that emotional trauma contributes greatly to disease. EFT rapidly reduces the emotional impact of memories that trigger emotional distress. Once the distress is reduced or removed, the body can often rebalance itself and accelerate healing. It is highly recommended to optimize your emotional health which is essential to your physical health and healing. EFT uses simple tapping method with the fingertips to input energy onto specific points in the body.

It has been observed that by tapping on these points while focusing on the problems, a release takes place clearing the physical or emotional pain being worked on.The fingertips of the index finger and middle finger is used to tap points on either side of the body. You have to tap solidly without hurting or bruising yourself.
